Semi-automatic line for the production of pomegranate juice 1000 kg/hour

Purpose:

The proposed set of industrial equipment designed for the production of juice from a pomegranate. The operation is semi-automatic.

The composition of the line:

1. Crusher separator for the fruit pomegranate.

2. Machine for separating stones and clean stone fruit, fruits, vegetables.

3. Holding tank with pump for pumping juice.

4. Flow-through filter juice.

5. A holding tank for juice stainless steel.

6. The pasteuriser.

5. Bottling apparatus.

Brief description of the workflow:

The fruits are washed, after which the fruit must be incised and backfilled into the receiving mouth of the crusher-separator. Obtained after crushing the fruit pulp is fed into the receiver pulping machine, which separates the juice and seeds.

After the accumulation of juice in the interim capacity samouchitel it is pumped through the filter into a storage container.

Before final bottling, the juice is pasteurized in the flow-through pasteurizer. We offer the options of filling – bag-in-box (vacuum bags with valve, placed in the box) or glass containers (bottles).
