Kruporushka

Peeling mill for processing 9 types of crops (wheat, buckwheat, millet, barley, corn, peas, rice, oat, soya) consists of

the following main components: screening, trerosewill elevators, shelling unit, fan and cyclone.

In this installation, the following technical solutions:

• grain is processed in valcava unit with polyurethane or metal rolls;

• light ends are selected by aspiration system immediately after peeling and sieve do not get;

• cleaning of the sieves is done by brushes in an automatic mode;

• site zernoochistki, calibration grain cereals and sorting after a peeling is executed by one unit;

• the presence of wheels and emphasises allows to move the equipment and set it up on any surface, without foundations.

The original grain is loaded into a hopper, where the first stream drum is supplied to the calibration site for calibration or cleaning.

In calibration mode, the grain is separated into 4 fractions, with three fractions collected in bags for subsequent processing,

and the fourth the fraction of the second stream Noria is peeling.

In the cleaning mode, major and minor debris discharged into bags, and clean grain Elevator of the second stream is fed to the crushing.

After flaking (crushing) cereal third stream Noria is supplied to the sorting station, where there is a selection of prepared cereals,

shorts and cleavers, and poslushnoe grain returns automatically to reprocess.

The process of peeling or cutting of grain and selection of peel through the wall from Plexiglas can be observed visually and adjusted.

Changeover crumbler on different types of cereals is the replacement of sieves and rollers.

So for wheat, corn and barley, soybean essential metal rollers, which thanks to a special cutting and speed

cut the grain and not wear it, allowing you to obtain the maximum yield of the finished product

(wheat 90% corn 75%, barley 70%, soya 70%).

Buckwheat, rice, oats and millet are used polyurethane rollers, which slightly compresses the grain and dramatically shift between the two

surfaces, with the result that the husk is destroyed (yield: rice 65%, wheat 70%, buckwheat-unground 65%, oats 50%).

Metal and polyurethane rolls are used to get halves of peas (yield 80%).

The total installed capacity of the four motors is 8.5 kW (consumption 5.6 kW).

To receive instant buckwheat and oat groats peeling mill is equipped with heat treatment (steam generator),

fuel for which uses a peel of buckwheat.

Peeling mill can be equipped with grinding machine to obtain the pearl barley, wheat flour,

milled rice and oats, as well as compacting unit for obtaining flakes.

Performance modular cereal line is changed from 300 to 3000 kg/hour (peeling mill, kropacek, krupozavod ).

This is achieved by adding to the kruporushka additional modules. The most popular variants of the trim
