The double-hulled plow 2x30 (Poland)

Functionality and features dvuhgorbogo plough 2x30 with a width of 60 cm cause its effective application in the work on the levelling of the soil surface, medium and deep plowing, chopping, and mulching. The body of the plough consists of cylindricalness of the blade and the blade having an elongated chisel toe high tensile strength. Working elements are made of hardened steel, to guarantee long-lasting operational period guns.

Above the blade is mounted will plonim ("shear plate"), whose task is cutting the top layer of soil and dropping it on the bottom of the furrow, i.e. a more thorough cover crop residues. With a maximum speed of 12 km/h the instrument achieves high performance, aided by the features of design solutions:

•working depth adjustable steel support wheel;

•set screw adjustment of the width of the first body;

•adjustment about the axis of the tractor;

•the bolt protects the body of the plough from defects when hitting stones and metal objects;

•the slinging for harrow in the form of a folding metal triangle provides a work function harrowing simultaneously with the plowing.

Processing the soil, the instrument significantly reduces the number of weeds: the destruction of the root system is buried in the lower soil layers for further transformation into natural fertilizer.
