The 14-disk two-section harrow (width of capture is 1.5 m) performs surface loosening, partial turning over of the upper soil layers and cutting weeds. The working elements of the harrow are toothed discs mounted on an axis with an inclination in the direction of movement of the unit. The free rotation of the shafts regulates a reliable ball bearing mount. The processing discs are made of durable steel (with internal sharpening), which significantly increases the stability of the implement when driving on heavy soils, reduces traction and guarantees long-term operation.

Setting the angle of attack (turn) of the discs in the range from 7° to 22° allows you to achieve the proper quality of work, regardless of weather conditions and soil type. Existing characteristic cuts and internal points on the discs provide high-quality grinding of layers, prevent the accumulation of plant residues. The cleaning of the discs themselves from soil layers is carried out by special scrapers: the device evenly cleans the earth from the discs, levels the soil surface and digs deep into the crop residues.

The disc harrow is easy to maintain, efficient in operation and can also be used for mixing soil with lime and mineral fertilizers.
