Fertilizer spreader 500 kg single disc (Poland)

Fertilizer fertilizer spreader 500 kg single-disk (Poland) is designed for surface application of granular and crystalline (powdered) mineral fertilizers with their subsequent incorporation with tillage implements. It is also used for feeding grain and tilled crops, meadows, pastures. The unit is distinguished from analogs of other manufacturers by: an improved fertilizer dosing system, free access to all working elements, manufacturing materials resistant to aggressive environments, ease of setup, operation and maintenance.

The design consists of a frame, a cone-shaped hopper (reservoir), a device for feeding, dosing and spreading fertilizers. The presence of separate adjustments provides a number of advantageous characteristics:

• to select the intensity of fertilizer supply, a special lever is provided that controls the dampers at the base of the hopper;

• the optimal shape of the container (reservoir) guarantees a uniform flow of fertilizers to the spreading disc;

• The blades on the spreading disc are set manually at a certain angle, due to which the working width is adjusted (from 6 to 14 m).

The spreader is able not only to cover large areas quickly and efficiently, but also to achieve savings in fertilizer consumption when working on small areas.
