The rapeseed table is a special equipment that is used to modernize domestic and imported grain harvesters of combines that collect rapeseed directly, while the devices are aggregated with domestic or imported harvesters of auger-type combines (4-12 meters long). Installation of rapeseed tables on harvesters of various types of combines is very simple and does not require special tools. Rape tables "RapeFiore" provide high quality work of combines with the least losses.

Design features

The design of the devices includes the following main components:

left and right (removable - for ease of installation) sidewall;

finger remote cutting device;

planetary drive of the cutting mechanism (MPN) of the "Schumacher" type;

left (removable) active divider with planetary drive of the cutting mechanism;

right (removable) active divider with a knife drive of the cutting device;

table platform 70 cm long;

drive guards on the right and left active splitters;

quick couplers that secure attachments to the sides of the header.

Installation of devices is carried out without dismantling the cutting devices of grain harvesters. The left and right dividers of the rapeseed tables are designed with two active knives and special bean segments. The unique design of the divider drives prevents the attachments from vibrating during operation.

The principle of operation of rapeseed tables

The following stages of the technological process can be distinguished: During the movement of the combine along the field with vertical knives of the cutterbars, the rapeseed field is divided into several vertical strips, the horizontal knives cut the rapeseed stalks in a horizontal plane, and the reels grab the stalks and feed them to the harvester auger, supporting them during the cut. Next, the auger directs the stalks to the central part of the header, and then the rapeseed is fed to the thresher along the spacer beater. There are different configurations of rapeseed tables. So, for PRM models, side active dividers with a mechanical drive with a fingerless cutting device have a height of 130 cm, and their purpose is to separate mowed stems from non-mowed ones.

Thanks to the use of equipment for harvesting rapeseed, crop losses are reduced by 30% compared to the traditional method of harvesting with direct-flow headers of combines, and besides, harvesting with a rapeseed table can be carried out in any weather while maintaining high productivity.
